  • Orders & Shipping
    How long will my order take to ship? We ship fast—most orders go out within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on the way, you'll get a tracking number via email. Do you offer international shipping? Yes! We now ship internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to make a change, email us at info@the502.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust it.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    What’s your return policy? We accept returns on clothing and stickers within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags. Check out our full return policy here. Do you accept international returns? At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. What if my item is damaged or incorrect? That’s on us, and we’ll fix it fast. Email us at info@the502.com, and we’ll send a replacement.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
